Abu Dhabi sets grant runners up
The Abu Dhabi Film Commission has introduced the runners up because of its fifth Shasha Grant, an worldwide screenwriting competition worth $100,000 towards the champion.The runners up, who clarified the phone call for feature-length scripts in Arabic and British, are "3000 Nights" by Mai Masri, Palestinian areas "The Grave Digger," Khadar Ahmed, Somalia "Nothing Doing in Baghdad," Maysoon Pachachi, UAE and Iraq "Red-colored Valentine," Amin Matalqa, Jordan and also the U.S. "Asmahan," Ziad Hamzeh, Syria and also the U.S. and "Fortunate Benefit," Mahmoud Al Massad, Jordan.The Film Commission will even assist the champion secure production financing.
